Hi Guys!!! So far we have been trying the dishes mostly from India, but today we’ll talk about a tasty Thai dish. As we aware that Thai dishes are very much popular all over the world because of its great taste and variety. The good thing about Thai dishes are that the ingredients are easily available in the market and cooking process is so easy that everyone can cook at home…today we will try one of such dish called “Chicken with Bell Peppers”. As you know that bell peppers are great sources of numerous minerals and vitamins and help to protect us from Cancer, heart disease and Cataract. This specific dish is very delicious and worth trying … here is the recipe in case you would like to check….
Ingredients:-
· Chicken(Tender) – 200 gms
· Red Bell Peppers(Small Size) – ½
· Yellow Bell Peppers(small size) – ½
· Green Bell Peppers(small size) – ½
· White Onion – 1(Medium)
· Garlic cloves(Chopped) – 2
· Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
· Oyster Sauce – 3 tbsp
· Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
· Ajinomoto – 1 tsp
· Sugar – ½ tsp
· Salt as per taste
· Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method :-
Ø Cut Chicken in small pieces. Wash and drain. Keep aside
Ø Cut Onion and Bell Peppers in dice shape. De seeds the bell pepper.
Ø Heat the Oil in a Pan: Add Onion & Chopped Garlic; sauté for 2 min.
Ø Add Chicken pieces and sauté for 10 mins;
Ø Then add Bell Peppers and sauté for 3 mins.
Ø Add Salt, Sugar, Ajinomoto, Soya sauce, Oyster sauce, Black Pepper Pwd & sauté for 2 min.
Ø Finally add ¼ Cup of water and cook for 2 mins.
Ø Now “Chicken with Bell Pepper Fry” is ready.
Chicken with Bell Pepper is well served with Steamed Rice.
