Beans Aloo Fry

Hi guys, we know that cooking is not everybody’s cup of tea. However, if one can make it simple, everyone can cook it. Today I am going to tell you one of the easiest recipes that a lay man can cook at home. In fact this is a very delicious vegetarian dish i.e., Beans Aloo Fry.

Ingredients:-
·         French Beans (Small Cubes)– 150 grms
·         Onion (Sliced) – 1 (Large)
·         Potato (Small Cubes) -  1 (Small)
·         Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
·         Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
·         Ginger (Grated) -  1 inch piece
·         Sambhar Powder – ½ tsp
·         Salt as per taste
·         Cooking Oil  - 3 tsp

Preparation Method:–
Ø  Wash and drain the cut Vegetables.
Ø  Heat the Oil in a Pan; add Cumin seeds, when it crackles; add sliced Onion and saute for 2 mins.
Ø  Add cut French Beans & Potatoes together; cover it and fry for 5-7 mins.
Ø  Add Red Chili Powder; Grated Ginger; Salt and sauté for 5 mins on medium flame.
Ø  Then add Sambar Powder and fry the vegetables for 2 mins.
Ø  Now the “Beans Aloo Fry”  is ready.

Beans Aloo Fry is better served with Roti, Naan, Parantha & even with Steamed Rice
